The C-MS3D Portal is open to scientists across the Internet. However, in order to use the portal and its tools, your firewall or proxy must allow access to this server, the portal and the portal data server.

Please verify the following

1. Access to server (ms3d.ca.sandia.gov)
   If you can access this site (ms3d.org), you can reach the server that hosts the C-MS3D Portal.
    
2. Access to portal (on Port 11443)
   If you get "This page cannot be displayed" when you select "The C-MS3D Portal" (https://ms3d.ca.sandia.gov:11443/cms3d/portal) on this page, your firewall is not allowing you to access port 11443 and you will not be able to reach the portal.
    
3. Access to portal data server (on Port 10443)
   If you cannot use the Data Browser after you login to the portal, your firewall is not allowing you to access port 10443 and you will not be able to access data in the portal.
